How do Slevomat vouchers work? Slevomat vouchers work like prepaid cards and can be combined. Each voucher has a certain value, which is deducted at the final step of checkout. If you're booking GlowStep Pixel Game for more people than your voucher covers, the voucher value will be deducted automatically and you can pay the remaining amount using a card, QR code, or an additional Slevomat voucher. Example 1: You're booking a game for 5 people in a large room and you have a voucher for 4 people. At checkout, you enter the voucher and pay for the 1 remaining person by card or QR code. Example 2: You're booking a game for 4 people and have two vouchers for 2 people each. You enter both vouchers at checkout and your total will be 0 CZK.

Yes, you can purchase non-slip socks on-site for 69 CZK. We offer universal sizes in 35-38, 39-42, and 43-46.

Age recommendations for GlowStep can vary from child to child, but generally, kids as young as 6-7 can understand the game and have the physical ability to complete all the levels successfully. Our smallest non-slip socks currently available are size 35-38, so if your child has smaller feet, they'll need to bring their own non-slip socks.

The games are the same for both rooms, but in the big room you'll run more or you'll have to collect more blue points to complete each level.

Glowstep is perfect for anyone who enjoys active fun! While there are no strict age limits, keep in mind that the games are not designed for very young children or individuals with limited mobility.

For playing on the interactive floor, you must wear non-slip socks. Non-slip reusable socks are available for purchase on-site for 69 CZK (or bring your own)! Feel free to bring sportswear with you; we have changing rooms available.
